A United States federal judge heard the lawsuit over the Michael Jackson hologram that's set to perform his new song, "Slave to the Rhythm." The Federal Judge ruled in favor of Billboard and The Michael Jackson Estate as he says the technology that's being used is not patented. The use of the Michael Jackson hologram is expected to highly increase sales on Jacksons new album "Xscape" that is #1 Worldwide.

Timbaland and J-Roc's first entry is a dark funk tale of an affair with a married woman, with trap snares and washes of keyboard drama. Out front, Jackson's tenor voice lays out the promise of a love ("This woman had to be an angel from heaven sent just for me"), while his backing vocal screams of the consequences ("She tried to lead a double life, loving me while she was still your wife"). At the 3:20 mark, the drums drop out, and the vocals and fingersnaps take over. Timbaland sometimes felt he was hearing Jackson's spirit speak to him in the studio. In advance of Tuesday’s release of Xscape, another song off Michael Jackson’s posthumous album has hit the net via MTV. “Blue Gangsta,” which was recorded in 1998 and leaked in 2010, features slick vocals from MJ and a funky string arrangement courtesy of Timbaland.

Justin Timberlake speaks out about Michael Jackson about how Michael gave him the confidence to be a solo artist and venture out on his own. Justin Timberlake said he wrote the NSYNC song 'Gone' for Michael Jackson but his people turned the song down. Michael Jackson later called Timberlake and asked for it to be a duet between just Justin and Michael and to premiere on one of the singers next coming albums. The two singers never got the chance to sing a duet together until the Xscape project.
