Spike Lee has already directed and released the overwhelming documentary Bad 25 in 2012, but this time the famous director is going back further in time to do a documentary on Michael Jackson's first solo album on Michael's then new record label Epic Records. Off the Wall was released in 1979 becoming a major hit for the King of Pop, sadly Michael was disappointed in the album sales although they exceeded 20 million copies worldwide. Spike Lee has been busy interviewing everyone involved with the album. So far Spike Lee has shown us on his Instagram that he has interviewed Stevie Wonder and Motown Record's founder Berry Gordy. Lee's caption for the picture posted with this article states, "Chairman,Owner,Songwriter,Producer And Visionary Mr. Berry Gordy. Motown-The Sound Of Young America. Mr.Gordy Blessed Us With An Interview For My Doc On Michael Jackson's OFF THE WALL Album." Spike Lee created high standards for himself when he released Bad 25, hopefully this documentary will just as good, or better. There is no release date for the documentary at this time. Does this mean there won't be a Dangerous 25 documentary along with the album rumored to be released in 2016?

It's another big Michael Jackson rumor that the King of Pop's hologram will show up again this Sunday at the super bowl half-time show. Katy Perry has a a few special guests but will Michael Jackson be one of them? In her promotional ad for the half time show Perry is quoted as saying, “I got my time machine, bringing in my very special guest” What do you guys believe about the rumors? A judge today denied a motion by attorneys for the estate of Michael Jackson to dismiss the King of Pop as an unnamed defendant in a lawsuit filed by a choreographer who alleges the late singer sexually abused him as a child.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff said Jackson can remain in Wade Robson’s civil case for now and continued to be identified as “Doe 1.” However, Beckloff said lawyers for Robson will have to shore up the civil complaint in general for it to move forward. Finally, Landis has reached an agreement with the Michael Jackson Estate for him to re-release the "Thriller" short-film in High Definition and 3D. The short - film may even be released in theaters as well as on Blu-Ray DVD and many promotional outlets are being discussed. Michael Jackson's Estate is even coming up with gaming ideas. The original "Thriller" short-film was released in 1983 to help promote the 1982 "Thriller" album that went on to sell over 100 million copies worldwide. In 2009, the “Thriller” video was inducted into the National Film Registry by the Library Of Congress.

The album "Off the Wall" was internationally successful selling over 20 million copies worldwide. The album took nearly one and half years for Michael to create and perfect. On October 16, 2001, Sony Records re-released "Off the Wall" along with many other Michael Jackson albums. In 2001, music critics still gave great praise to the album and work Michael Jackson had put into it. In 2003, the album was ranked 68 on Rolling Stones list of 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. July 31, 2014 it was announced the Michael Jackson's former home in which he called Neverland will soon be put up for sale. Many Michael Jackson fans around the globe are petitioning to stop the sale of Neverland. The Estate of Michael Jackson has claimed they can't stop Colony Capitol from putting it up for sale even though the Estate owns 87.5% of the property. Neverland was a special place for Michael has he built it for himself and sick children all around the world. Michael Jackson allowed thousands upon thousands of sick children into Neverland so they could escape their illness and just be a child for a day. Michael also wrote many of his songs in his "giving tree" such as "Heal The World" and "Childhood." We hope that whoever buys Neverland will keep Michael Jackson's Legacy, the fans will never forget Neverland the way Michael had it.
A United States federal judge heard the lawsuit over the Michael Jackson hologram that's set to perform his new song, "Slave to the Rhythm." The Federal Judge ruled in favor of Billboard and The Michael Jackson Estate as he says the technology that's being used is not patented. The use of the Michael Jackson hologram is expected to highly increase sales on Jacksons new album "Xscape" that is #1 Worldwide.
